We are an online and mobile business, so we don’t have a physical location. We are located in Gwinnett County and are mobile in most of the Greater Atlanta Area.

In relation to computers and other electronics, refurbish means to test for functionality, to repair and/or make improvements to, and to renew/update. To refurbish is to restore, renew, update, and/or to repair. This is a common term that is used to describe electronic items that have been restored, renewed, updated, and/or repaired. Refurbish does not mean “New”. Many refurbished items will show light signs of usage, such as small scratches and blemishes, but these items will function correctly and most will be reset to factory settings (when applicable).
What kind of items do you sell?
We typically sell a variety of computer equipment that includes laptops, desktops, tablets, phones, and networking equipment. We may also sell other electronics from time to time, including video games, video game systems, movies, and a variety of other electronic equipment. Most of the items we sell will be refurbished, but we also get Brand New items in from time to time. The condition of the item will be listed in the item description.
Do you offer a warranty on your items?
All items purchased from AtlantaRefurbs.com comes with a 30-day return, money back guarantee. This guarantee refers to DOA (dead on arrival), damage in shipping, and items that malfunction within the 30-day warranty period. If a working item is returned simply because it is not needed, it was an impulse buy, buyer changed their mind, or another reason not stated, then a 20% restocking fee may be incurred by the buyer. The buyer must contact us within the 30-day warranty period to qualify for a return. The warranty period starts the day the item is delivered (either by mail or by mobile means).
How do I sell or recycle a computer/electronic with your company?
Use our contact page to contact us with the items that you are trying to sell/recycle and we will schedule a time and place to exchange the equipment if both parties can agree on terms.
How do I get a quote for a repair?
Use our contact page to contact us for a quote. It is better to explain the issue that your computer is having as best as possible in order for us to give you an accurate quote. Once the issue is explained by you and a quote is given by us, we can determine arrangements for pickup or dropoff of the equipment.
